Booking Your Session

To secure your headshot session, acceptance of these Terms of Service and full payment are required at the time of booking.

Client Cooperation

By booking a session, you agree to cooperate fully during the photography process to achieve the best possible results.

Image Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the final images for personal and professional purposes, including websites, social media, printed materials, and business collateral. Any commercial resale, licensing, or third-party use requires prior written consent.

Model Release

By booking a session, you grant permission for the photographer to use selected images for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. Images will always be used in a professional and appropriate manner.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

The photographer may display images in portfolios, on the website, on social media, or submit them for professional competitions. If you prefer your images not be used in this way, please notify us in writing prior to your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled session to retain your session fee. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the fee. Cancellations fee of $50 deducted from your full refund.

Late Arrivals

A grace period of up to 15 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals. After this time, the session may need to be rescheduled, and a new session fee will apply.

Image Delivery

Retouched images are typically delivered within 60 minutes of the session. Should additional time be required, you will be notified promptly.

Comments

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

How long we retain your data

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
